What is raw denim and how should I care for it?
Raw denim is fabric that has not been pre-washed or distressed. To maintain its integrity, we recommend wearing your jeans as long as possible before the first wash to create unique fade patterns. When washing, use cold water and hang to dry.
How do I choose the correct fit?
We offer several distinct fits ranging from Super Guy (Skinny) to Strong Guy (Wide). We highly recommend comparing the measurements in our size charts against a pair of jeans you already own that fit you well.
Do you offer hemming services?
Yes, we offer complimentary chainstitch hemming on all full-price jeans purchased through our online store. Please note that hemmed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 21 days of the ship date. Items must have all original tags attached. Please note that 'Final Sale' items and customized hems are not eligible for return.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Canada. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please be aware that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
Will my jeans shrink after the first wash?
Most of our denim is sanforized (pre-shrunk), meaning shrinkage will be minimal (approx. 1-3%). However, our 'Unsanforized' or 'Loomstate' denim will shrink up to 10% after the first soak; please size up accordingly for those specific fabrics.
